Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is seeking a Business Development Director for their client in Suffolk/East Anglia, with UK-wide travel. The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, offering a salary up to £100k plus uncapped performance bonus and equity opportunities.

You will build a new business unit, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive sales growth toward £9–£10 million annually within three years, while establishing strong relationships with board-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-pound sales growth.
• Experience building and leading successful teams.
• Experience operating at Director level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan.
• Identify key decision-makers and develop long-term client relationships.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operational team.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance standards.
• Deliver annual sales targets of £9m-£10m+.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Support acquisitions, mergers, and expansion opportunities where appropriate.
