Job summary

Datasite is seeking a Junior Growth Analyst to join the Growth Acceleration team. You will support analytics, experiment tracking, and qualitative insights across Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize the free trial journey and conversion.

You will build reports in Tableau/Salesforce/HubSpot and track leads end-to-end, while monitoring experiments and gathering user feedback to drive measurable uplift.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an analyst role (junior data/ growth/ marketing/ BI).
• Experience in B2B SaaS, B2C tech, fintech, or digital business.
• Experience building AI prototypes.
• Strong BI knowledge and experiment design; interpret signals carefully.
• Fluent English required; German a plus.
• Detail-oriented, structured, proactive to contact trial users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor free trial journey and funnel metrics.
• Build simple reports in BI tools and document experiments.
• Track every free trial lead from click to activation.
• Monitor experiments and alert on signals; decide pivots.
• Conduct qualitative calls/interviews with trial users.
• Prepare weekly updates on lead, experiment, and funnel status.
• Create dashboards for acquisition, activation, and conversion.
• Perform data quality checks across HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, VWO/Wingify.
