Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a seasoned Web Growth Designer to own the journey from first visit to lead, demo, sign-up or trial. You will shape problems, influence the roadmap, and design final interactions, prototypes, and pages with a strong emphasis on conversion and user experience.

You’ll collaborate across Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to create buildable, data-informed experiences, applying design thinking to navigation, forms, and accessibility,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web, product, growth, or closely related design role with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
• Proven growth mindset with funnel analysis to improve leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue.
• Experience designing and iterating experiments, including A/B tests; B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Excellent visual and interaction design with attention to typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish.
• Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand while identifying opportunities to extend/improve it.
• Experience using AI in design practice and ability to explain workflow changes and shipped outputs.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation: design and iterate on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement and trial starts.
• Collaboration: work with Growth, self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to translate opportunities into buildable experiences.
• Data and insight: use user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
• Product design: apply design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Prototyping and systems: prototype in Figma and code, use AI tools, and work within shared components and brand systems.
• Roadmap ownership: bring ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just execute briefs.
