Harnham in London (Shoreditch) is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to influence strategy across growth, product and marketing. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive experimentation, and uncover opportunities that impact revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.

You will lead analyses across funnels, lifecycle performance, and channel optimisation, leveraging SQL on large datasets and modern analytics tools to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Growth/Marketing/Product Analytics with a commercial mindset.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Analysis of funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle performance with strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing and Finance to support growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and marketing effectiveness.
• Lead analyses of funnels, campaigns, and channel performance; design experiments.
• Translate questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
