Lovable in London is seeking a growth-minded data scientist who owns the funnel end to end—from acquisition to activation to retention to expansion. You’ll identify levers, run experiments with growth engineers, and drive the numbers rather than reporting them.

Expect to work with SQL, Python, statistics, and heavy experimentation in a fast-moving environment, building systems to surface growth opportunities proactively.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL, Python, applied statistics, and heavy experimentation (A/B and growth tests).
• Own funnel outcomes: acquire, activate, retain, and expand to drive the metric.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth funnel metrics end to end and drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Find the highest-leverage opportunities in the funnel and turn them into experiments that ship, working directly with growth engineering.
• Design, run, and read growth experiments, and act on them.
• Build the instrumentation, metrics, and agents the growth team runs on.
• Help shape the growth data function as its first data scientist.
