Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a senior web growth designer to own the journey from first visit to lead, demo, signup or trial within the Web Growth team. You’ll experiment on landing pages, pricing, and conversion flows, collaborating across Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into buildable experiences.

Proficiency in AI tools and design systems is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
• Proven track record using design/growth frameworks, funnel analysis and experimentation to improve outcomes.
• Experience designing and iterating on experiments (A/B tests or data-informed approaches).

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement and leads.
• Collaborate with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into buildable experiences.
• Apply product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, and accessibility.
• Prototype in Figma and code, using AI tools, and work within shared components and brand systems.
• Own roadmap contributions for the Web Growth team, not just briefs.
