Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Growth Analyst to drive marketing and growth analytics across its multi-product app in the UK. You will own LTV models, run experiments, and deliver growth reporting that informs channel strategy and product decisions.

You’ll collaborate with product, growth, and engineering to ensure decisions are grounded in robust data and clear insights, enabling scalable growth for UK and US markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics in a product-led or high-growth tech environment.
• Deep expertise in LTV modelling, cohort analysis and regression techniques.
• High proficiency in SQL and one or more analytics tools (Python or R).
• Hands-on experience with DBT and data modelling best practices.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, causal inference).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and refine our customer lifetime value models across products and channels.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels and identify trends for optimisation.
• Structure and execute analyses in acquisition funnels to inform spend and product evolution.
• Drive experimentation design, implementation, and analysis (A/B/multivariate/cohort).
• Turn experiment results into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to data architecture and schema design for more insights.
• Build scalable pipelines and transformations to improve data interpretability and agility.
