ElevenLabs is hiring a Growth PM to own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing pages to in-app and pricing. You will drive a high-velocity testing program and align cross-functional teams around one optimization roadmap.

The ideal candidate is an analyst, strategist, and operator who uncovers revenue opportunities in funnel and product data and communicates results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site: in-product onboarding/activation and pricing or monetization.
• Deep analytics fluency: diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys using product analytics tools.
• Strong statistical literacy: size tests, avoid false winners, and choose the right success metric (revenue and subscriptions).
• Cross-functional operator who aligns paid media, design, engineering, and product around a shared roadmap.

Responsabilités

• Own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through to in-app and pricing.
• Own the experimentation engine end to end: design, prioritize backlog, run tests, and track results.
• Drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing, aligning paid media, design, engineering, and product teams.
• Communicate results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not just conversion rates.
