Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced designer for the Web Growth team focused on Fin, our AI-powered customer agent, to own the journey from first visit to trial. You will design and iterate experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows, collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into buildable experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web, product, growth, or related design roles with a strong portfolio.
• Proven use of design and growth frameworks to improve funnel metrics.
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting data to drive decisions.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to typography and polish.
• Ability to work within a design system and extend brand experiences.
• Proficient with AI tools and able to explain how AI changes workflows.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation: design and iterate on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows.
• Collaboration: work with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering.
• Data and insight: use funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
• Product design: apply design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Prototyping and systems: prototype in Figma and code, using AI tools where useful, within shared brand systems.
• Roadmap ownership: contribute ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just execute briefs.
