Job summary

Hotel Co 51 UK is seeking a Group Sales Executive based in Glasgow to manage group bookings across our Moxy, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels portfolio. You will convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring precise handling of every detail.

You will build strong client relationships, tailor proposals, and coordinate across multiple properties to maximise revenue. This role requires a sales-driven, customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing, guest services, front desk, or related area OR a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major.
• Knowledge of the group process.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming group requests and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Build relationships with clients and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, following up to close deals.
• Draft contracts, proposals, and booking documentation with precision.
• Negotiate and secure bookings to maximise revenue potential.
• Manage operational aspects of bookings, including system updates and coordination.
