Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a Group Sales Executive based at our Glasgow support office to drive group bookings across Moxy Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels in the UK. You’ll turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Responsibilities include tailoring proposals, drafting contracts, negotiating to maximise revenue, and coordinating handovers to hotel teams, maintaining strong client relationships and a proactive, service-minded approach.

Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing:

As aGroup Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for group bookings across our portfolio ofMoxy Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels throughout the UK. You’ll turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming group requests and tailoring proposals to meet client needs.
• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying repeat business opportunities.
• Responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email, and following up to close deals.
• Drafting contracts, proposals, and booking documentation with precision.
• Negotiating and securing bookings to maximise revenue potential.
• Managing operational aspects of bookings, including system updates and coordination.
• Ensuring smooth handovers to hotel teams with complete and accurate information.

Qualifications
