Job summary

Hotel Co 51 UK is seeking a Group Sales Executive to be based in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for group bookings across our portfolio, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and handling every detail with care.

Responsibilities include tailoring proposals, building client relationships, responding to inquiries, drafting contracts, negotiating bookings and coordinating handovers to hotel teams across the UK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area or degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
• Knowledge of the group process
• Team player

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Group Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for group bookings across our portfolio of Moxy Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels throughout the UK. You’ll turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying repeat business opportunities.
