Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a proactive supervisor to lead a team at MOXY Glasgow for guest experience excellence. You will coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth guest services in a fast-paced setting, while promoting Marriott Bonvoy and the MOXY brand.

Ideal candidates bring energy, strong communication, and experience in hospitality operations, property management systems, and food safety. Fluency in English and a passion for travel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the service industry.
• Must have experience in team management.
• Must have experience with property management systems such as Opera.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Captain in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
• Assist in providing staff with ongoing coaching, training and development
• Customer service, guest relations and creating positive guest experiences
• You will be updated on the Hotels forecast and what’s going on in-house and, in the neighbourhood,
• Managing Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies to work safely
• Promote & support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
