Job summary

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a Corporate & Leisure Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team. You will manage corporate and leisure group bookings, coordinate room allocations and maintain records to support our commercial goals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in group reservations or corporate hospitality, strong organisational skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in group reservations, corporate accommodation or leisure group bookings.
• Strong understanding of group booking processes, room allocations, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate and leisure group enquiries, prepare quotations, and proposals within set timescales.
• Coordinate group bookings from enquiry to confirmation, recording requirements and terms.
• Maintain group booking records, room allocations, deposits, and cancellation terms.
• Monitor group activity to maximise occupancy and group revenue.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Sales teams to support pricing and inventory planning.
• Liaise with clients, tour operators and event coordinators to understand needs.
