Crowne Plaza Leeds is seeking a friendly Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. You will be on the front line delivering attentive, customer-focused service, ensuring brand standards and helping maximise occupancy and room rates.

You’ll manage reservations, chase bookings, and stay informed about F&B packages. Expect varied shifts across 7 days, with training and career development opportunities. This role is on-site in Leeds.
