Job summary

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold top cleanliness standards and support daily housekeeping operations. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and help allocate duties while ensuring every room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hotel housekeeping experience with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to work across Front Office, Maintenance and F&B

Qualifications

Proven hotel housekeeping experience, ideally as a supervisor or senior attendant.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication and team-working abilities.

Responsibilities

Implement housekeeping and brand standards.
Lead to ensure guests have the best experience.
Maintain high standards for bedrooms and public areas via SOPs and daily checks.
Develop team through training and feedback; collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B.
Proactively seek feedback to improve service levels and outcomes.
