Job summary

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a proactive Conference and Banqueting Associate to help deliver top-notch events. You will set up spaces, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during conferences, meetings, and banquets.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Experience in conference and banqueting is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces to client needs and hotel standards.
• Assist with food and beverage service during conferences and banquets.
• Ensure presentation of tables, buffets and service areas is maintained during events.
• Provide attentive, friendly guest service and respond to needs promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service.
