JOB TITLE: Group Operational Resilience Technology & Scenario Assistant Manager (12 month Fixed Term Contract), Ready to make an impact that matters? The Technology & Scenario Exercising Assistant Manager will help the Group in preventing, adapting to, responding to and recovering operational disruptions. This is accomplished by positioning technology initiatives at the core of our operational resilience, severe but plausible, scenario tests. This role is essential for meeting our Grow, Focus, and Change goals and progressing our wider mission to help Britain prosper. You'll be part of the Group Operational Resilience Central Scenario Exercising Team responsible for planning and managing the Group's Operational Resilience Scenario Exercising program. This includes the creation, development, and delivery of both agnostic and third-party scenario exercises in alignment with the Group's exercising landscape and associated regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is motivated by our values and dedicated to becoming part of a team of Group Operational Resilience specialists, with impact reaching across the Group.
