Qualifications

• 6–10+ years’ experience in hands-on finance roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience managing finance across multiple countries (UK, Ireland, US).
• Comfortable with treasury and cash management policies.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable workflows and implement finance tech stack.
• Own core finance operations including AP, AR, and global payroll.
• Lead month and year-end close for all entities.
