Job description

The Group Finance Manager reports directly to the Head of Corporate Reporting as a key member of the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• the timely and accurate preparation of all external reporting, including the half year and year end Future plc results;
• preparing statutory financial statements of subsidiary entities;
• accounting for the Group’s employee share schemes;
• technical accounting projects, including impact assessment for, and implementation of, new accounting standards.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:

• Qualified accountant
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including of new accounting standards, share schemes and acquisitions
• Strong experience of group consolidation
• High attention to detail
