Job summary

Premier Inn in Stevenage is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent basis. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help with breakfast and dinner service while enjoying a varied shift pattern. Strong communication and a friendly, calm demeanor are valued as you support guests throughout their stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required; full training and progression opportunities are provided by Whitbread.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and inviting.
• Support teammates when the hotel is busy to keep service smooth.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
