Whitbread’s Andover Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. This role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, serving breakfast or dinner, and assisting guests to ensure a smooth stay. Shifts include evenings and weekends with 24 hours guaranteed per week, on-site at Andover.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.

• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
