Premier Inn in Portsmouth (Havant) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent contract. You’ll greet guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service to ensure a smooth stay.

The role includes welcoming guests, answering questions, keeping reception and public areas tidy, and supporting teammates during busy periods. 16 guaranteed hours weekly, up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and able to stay calm in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
