Whitbread’s Mansfield Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. This role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, serving meals, and keeping reception areas tidy. You'll work across shifts to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

20 hours per week, permanent contract, pay up to £13.06 per hour, with evenings and weekends included. No prior hotel experience required; full training provided and opportunities to develop within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
