Sainsbury’s in Sheffield is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries straight to customers’ doorsteps with energy, warmth and care.

You’ll drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van, complete safety checks, and help across the store when not out on deliveries, delivering a friendly doorstep experience every time.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 12 months with up to 6 penalty points.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Comfortable handling physical loads and steps during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van to customers on time and in good condition.
• Perform route planning, vehicle checks and ensure orders are secure before departure.
• Maintain safe driving practices across diverse roads and weather.
• Communicate clearly with customers about delays or changes.
• Assist in-store tasks when not making deliveries.
• Provide a friendly, valued doorstep experience to customers.
