Sainsbury's is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries directly to customers’ doors in a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van. You will be the face of the brand, delivering with energy and care while ensuring products arrive in great condition.

You will perform van safety checks, follow planned routes, and communicate any delays to customers. When not delivering, you may assist in-store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly, welcoming approach.
• Able to drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van safely in varied locations.
• Must have full UK/EU driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Sainsbury's at every doorstep you deliver to, making customers feel valued.
• Drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van to deliver groceries on time and in good condition.
• Perform van checks to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and secure customer shopping.
• Follow planned routes and drive safely in different locations and conditions.
• Move containers up to 15kg and deliver to properties with steps or lifts as needed.
• Communicate with customers about delays or changes to orders.
• Assist across the store when not on deliveries.
