Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver who will bring groceries to customers' doorsteps with energy, warmth and care, reflecting our commitment to service.

You'll drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van, perform pre-trip checks, plan routes, handle customer queries, and, when not delivering, help out in-store, contributing to a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and welcoming with enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Comfortable driving a larger vehicle in varied locations.
• Able to use route and delivery technology.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work across the store when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Sainsbury's at every doorstep you deliver to.
• Drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van to customers on time and in good condition.
• Perform safety checks on the van and secure customers' shopping before leaving.
• Follow planned routes and drive safely in all conditions.
• Assist across the store when not delivering.
• Communicate with customers about delays and changes.
