Diligent is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support complex pre-sales engagements in a hybrid London-based role. You will design, prototype, and demo tailored GRC solutions, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to translate customer requirements into compelling technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong proficiency in Python with REST APIs, data handling, and automation.
• Familiarity with Pandas and Requests libraries.
• Exposure to workflow automation platforms and ETL processes.
• Experience building demo environments or reusable technical tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise or regulated customers.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and complex buying committees.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Sales Technical Execution: support mid-market and enterprise GRC opportunities; own the technical pre-sales win for deals; design and deliver tailored demos, deep dives, and POCs.
• Solution Prototyping & Automation: build demo prototypes and automation scripts; create integration examples using REST APIs; demonstrate data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Technical Storytelling: translate complex GRC use cases into clear narratives; prepare demo assets and diagrams for engagements; present to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product Management to stay current on capabilities; provide feedback from engagements; collaborate with Marketing on webinars and thought leadership; share reusable assets.
