Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales technical team. You’ll run discovery sessions to understand what a prospect's risk program needs to accomplish, configure and deliver tailored Risk Cloud demonstrations, build proof-of-concept applications, and ensure every prospective customer has a clear and credible picture of how our platform addresses their specific GRC challenges.

This role requires product mastery and a genuine curiosity about how modern organizations manage

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in GRC, Cyber Risk, or related fields as a Solutions Engineer, Consultant, or Practitioner.
• Experience tailoring and conducting software demonstrations or client-facing presentations.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across distributed teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Present: conduct effective product demonstrations with prospects and Account Executives.
• Facilitate client workshops for data and process gathering to uncover current state challenges.
• Discover: listen to understand customer pain points and map needs to LogicGate features.
• Build: configure LogicGate's no-code platform for tailored demos and POC projects.
• Consult: develop trusted advisor relationships throughout the sales process.
• Educate: run webinars and assist in content creation (white papers, blog posts).
• Product Insight: provide feedback to Product on potential features.
• Customer Success Support: collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams post-sale.
• Own: manage the technical cycle from discovery to post-close handoff.
