Diligent is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support enterprise pre-sales by designing, prototyping, and demonstrating tailored GRC solutions. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to translate complex requirements into technical solutions that accelerate deals.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, customer-facing problem solving, and prototypes/automations that showcase GRC platform integrations at scale.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong proficiency in Python, including REST APIs, data handling and automation
• Familiarity with common Python libraries (Pandas, Requests)
• Experience building demo environments or reusable technical tools for enterprise customers

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical pre-sales execution for mid-market and enterprise GRC opportunities
• Design and deliver tailored demos, technical deep dives, and POCs
• Build demo prototypes, automation scripts, and integrations
• Translate complex GRC use cases into clear technical narratives and supporting materials
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to share reusable assets and patterns
