Join the creative team behind Wimbledon’s world‑class hospitality:

F&D at Wimbledon are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — from digital screens and print materials to website assets and internal communications. Working closely with the All England Lawn Tennis Club, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of one of the world’s most iconic sporting venues.

Purpose of Role

As Graphic Designer you’ll design across both print and digital, creating everything from pitch decks and signage to animated content, branded digital campaigns, web banners, and email templates. Your work will support teams across the F&D business, helping bring our brand to life at every touchpoint.

As a brand guardian, you’ll ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all creative outputs, maintaining the premium standards synonymous with Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about producing world‑class visual content.

Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver creative assets across internal and external communications, ensuring a polished, professional look.
  • Create high‑impact pitch decks and lookbooks that engage and impress stakeholders.
  • Develop animated and dynamic content for digital screens and online campaigns.
  • Design website assets, including banners, graphics, and visual content to support digital storytelling.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to produce internal communications, presentations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Design and maintain branded materials such as signage, menus, marketing collateral, and training resources.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage artwork preparation and delivery across print and digital formats, supporting photography and content creation where needed.
Graphic Designer Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar in‑house or studio‑based design role, with a strong track record of delivering high‑quality creative work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of After Effects or Canva Pro is a plus.
  • Versatility: Experience designing for both print and digital, including web banners, email assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Design Expertise: Strong layout, typography, and proofing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication & Presentation: Confident producing proposals, presentations, and brand‑led materials that engage and inform.
  • Organisation & Adaptability: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and commercial awareness.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to make an impact; an interest in content creation or photography is a bonus.
