Overview

I am currently working with a growing, people-first organisation to help them find a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative studio. Responsible for crafting visually stunning campaigns that resonate with customers, driving awareness, consideration, and trust.

Job title: Graphic Designer

Location: Tamworth (on-site)

Salary: Up to £30K

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create visually engaging content for print and digital platforms
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
  • Liaise with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver high-quality designs that meet required briefs
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
  • Apply designs to packaging artwork and labels across the group of companies
  • Utilise content management systems to upload and manage graphic content on company websites
  • Contribute creative input during concept development meetings
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
  • Support photography and editing efforts when needed (training provided)
  • Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload efficiently
Experience
  • Skilled with Adobe applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Easy Catalogue
  • Proven a natural creative ability with design skills
  • Graphic design and typography skills
  • Well organised, reliable, hard-working individual, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Quick to learn, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about continually improving your skills and standard of work
  • Very accurate with an eye for detail
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help
