You’ll Fit Right Inn

The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award‑winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand‑consistent designs across various platforms to enhance our digital presence, marketing campaigns, on‑site POS and consumer engagement.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Design digital and print materials, including menus, on‑site POS, web assets, social media posts, signage and presentations. In line with your manager's brief and the company’s brand kit.
  • Take ownership of design projects from brief to final delivery, incorporating feedback efficiently and meeting agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualise creative ideas.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to manage and adapt existing brand guidelines, design formatting and SOPs.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and relevant creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all creative output maintains high quality, brand consistency, and production‑ready standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional design experience (Corporate, hospitality and/or agency).
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple long‑term projects and ad‑hoc design requests in a calm, collective manner.
Desirable
  • Experience in menu formatting/designing.
  • Experience in video editing.
  • Experience of working in hospitality.
  • Experience of working with online project management platforms/tools.
