Contract Type: Permanent | Location: Leeds

Are you a creative designer looking to make a difference? TPT is seeking a Graphic Designer to deliver engaging visual content across print, digital, and video platforms.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Collaborating with teams across TPT to design and produce compelling assets, shape the TPT brand, and ensure accessible communications.
  • Creating assets for business, consumer and internal audiences
  • Designing engaging visual and dynamic content for print, digital, and video, including reports, presentations, banners, social media, and brochures.
  • Producing videos from concept to completion, filming, editing, and final production.
  • Advising and supporting on inclusive, accessible design and best practices.
  • Creating graphics, animation, and data visualisations (graphs, charts, infographics, iconography).
  • Supporting creative briefs and collaborating on ideas and impactful designs.
  • Maintaining brand consistency and communicating updates with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with creative agencies when needed.
  • Staying current with design trends.
  • Ability to manage workflow and prioritisation using relevant project management software
Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants should possess a higher education qualification or degree in Graphic Design or a closely related subject. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience in graphic design (print and digital) and video production.
  • Ability to create animation, motion graphics, and accessible content.
  • Experienced in using a broad range of graphic design systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills, able to manage third party creative agencies.
  • Possess a collaborative and innovative approach.
  • Able to evidence working to brand guidelines.
  • Experience of stakeholder management and workload prioritisation
  • Having experience of working in an inhouse marketing team would be desirable
