You'll be responsible for defining brand standards and creating engaging visual content for various channels. With over 3 years experience preferred, a proficiency in tools like Figma and After Effects is essential. My client is a rapidly growing business who provide SaaS software solutions to organisations across the UK. An opportunity exists to join this Bristol-based business as a mid-weight Graphic Designer.
As their first in-house design hire, you will define the standards, templates, and brand system they scale from. This role is a hybrid of brand systems and motion production, focusing on strengthening their visual identity through static and motion creative across all channels. You will be measured on impact - the core objective is to level up the brand, support campaigns with high-quality assets, and deliver product explainers that improve customer retention and engagement. You'll bring current best practice and emerging trends in design, motion and channel formats, turning them into measurable wins.

The role is remote-based, although you will be required to travel to their Bristol HQ for occasional team meetings.
