The Roles

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils in the classroom, help them stay engaged with their learning, and work closely with teachers to make sure lessons run smoothly. Some days you might be supporting small groups, others you'll be helping a pupil 1:1, especially in SEND settings.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the teacher's shoes for the day. Lessons are already planned for you, so your main job is to lead the class, keep students on track, and create a positive learning environment. It's a great role.
