Key Details

• Salary : £25,000-£32,000 per annum
• Fixed‑term contracts
• Start teacher training in September 2026 with school support

As a Graduate Trainee Teacher, you will gain hands‑on classroom experience, working alongside experienced mentors across Key Stages 1–5 depending on your placement. You’ll actively contribute to planning lessons, supporting pupils, managing classroom activities, and observing high‑quality teaching practices. This invaluable experience will allow you to develop confidence, classroom management skills, and a deep understanding of the curriculum before starting your formal teacher training.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

• Deliver small group interventions and one‑to‑one support
