Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90–100 per day
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Providing academic support to the lead teacher by assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
  • Working with small groups or one‑on‑one to reinforce learning and aid understanding of the curriculum.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the lead teacher.
  • Helping manage classroom resources and ensuring equipment is ready for lessons.
  • Facilitating a range of educational activities to enhance student engagement.
  • Supporting students with special education needs by employing tailored learning strategies.
  • Encouraging students to develop self‑confidence and independence.
Candidate Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Experience working with children or in a teaching environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
