A leading consultancy in the UK is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer with at least 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will produce Civil/Structural Engineering drawings and work closely with the design team to design building structures using materials such as steel, concrete, and timber. Proficiency in tools like TEDDS, Building Designer, and Tekla is essential. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary depending on experience.
This medium sized consultancy specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering and in particular they are heavily involved in office, warehouse and industrial building developments. Their range of services includes the co‑ordination of specialist geotechnical and contamination investigations, design of site remediation, design and detailing of highways works, and the design of building foundations and superstructures alongside other smaller scheme structural engineering works.
With an ever increasing workload, my client has an immediate opening for a Graduate Structural Engineer with a minimum of 4 years experience.
You will be working closely with the design team to produce a range of Civil / Structural Engineering drawings including reinforced concrete detailing and structural steelwork - whilst gradually being given the opportunity to design a wide variety of building structures in an array of interesting sectors.
You will be able to communicate effectively both in written form and verbally.
Ability to deliver projects through to completion.
You will be proficient in the use of TEDDS, Building Designer and Tekla.
