Graduate Scheme - Business Development (Commercial) at Pareto. Salary: £28k basic salary with £35k OTE. Base pay range

Salary: £28k basic salary with up to £35k OTE

Role

• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering to educate prospective customers
• Proactively reach out to prospects over the phone, via email and through social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
• Develop relationships through extensive research—identifying key influencers within accounts and building rapport
• Support customer success to ensure client satisfaction with services
• Shadow senior team members to learn the full 360 process with a view to progression
