A leading healthcare equipment company in Harrogate seeks an internal salesperson to manage clinical and commercial relationships with NHS and private hospitals. The ideal candidate is a driven junior with a background in science or healthcare, eager to break into sales. This role offers extensive training, autonomy, and a clear path for career progression. Compensation includes a competitive salary along with commission and benefits, with opportunities to work from home one day a week.

They provide a premium quality range of dermatology equipment and consumables for use in NHS and private hospitals, clinics and practices, some products are also used in theatres. Our client has lots of new products in the pipeline for 2025 supported by clinical evidence and a great reputation.
The successful internal salesperson will be looking after clinical and commercial relationships within NHS and private hospitals and outpatient clinics, typically liaising with consultants, dermatologists, GPs, specialist nurses, purchasing/procurement people over the phone or Teams. A good manner on the phone is important, someone who is clear, listens well, presents well over Teams and is happy making outbound calls as well as handling inbound enquiries and customer service calls.

Training will cover all products, and all calls and data are logged on Salesforce. Training and education on products are provided, and attendance at industry shows and conferences with the wider sales team is expected. This is a great platform for someone to learn medical sales and develop into field sales.
