Job summary

Lidl GB invites you to join its Retail Manager development programme in the United Kingdom, offering a £40,000 per annum salary, 30 days holiday pro rata and a company car. You'll rotate across Stores, Warehouses and Supply Chain to build leadership and operational expertise.

Year 1 focuses on hands-on experience in Sales, Logistics and Store operations, while Year 2 lets you specialise in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain management, with mentoring and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and live within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre.
• Full UK driving licence by 1st February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: rotate across Sales (store-based), Logistics (warehouse-based) and Supply Chain (regional office-based).
• Year 2: choose a specialist route in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management and develop leadership experience.
• Develop into a retail leader with drive, confidence and the necessary skills.
