Job summary

Lidl GB in the UK offers a rotational 23-month Retail Manager programme spanning Stores, Warehouses and Supply Chain, with a £40,000 per annum salary and additional benefits.

You will gain exposure across core business areas, develop leadership skills, and build resilience to become a Retail Manager from the ground up. The selection process includes a video interview and assessment day.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 February 2027.
• Assertiveness and confidence in communication.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong desire to understand core processes.
• Enthusiasm to learn and succeed in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to attend the assessment day on 25/01/2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotational 23-month programme across Store, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
