Lidl GB is launching a 23-month Retail Manager Programme in the United Kingdom. You will rotate through store, logistics, and supply chain, gaining hands-on experience and developing leadership and commercial acumen.

In Year 1 you’ll work in Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain, then in Year 2 specialise and continue to build management skills. Applicants must have a 2:2 or higher, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence by 1 February 2027. Assessment day 18/01/2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2:2 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Year 1: rotate through Sales (store level), Logistics (warehouse), and Supply Chain (regional office).
• Year 2: specialise in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management and continue building leadership experience.
