Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (2:2 or higher) required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and live within commuting distance from Regional Distribution Centre.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 Feb 2027.
• Assertiveness and confident communication, building strong relationships.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong operational understanding.
• Enthusiasm to learn and succeed in a fast-moving environment.
• Resilience and determination to stay motivated and adaptable.
• Able to attend assessment day on 06/01/2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotational 23‑month programme across Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Year 1: spend time in core areas, starting as Customer Assistant and progressing to store management, learn logistics and regional supply chain.
• Year 2: choose a specialist route in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain and develop leadership experience.
