Lidl GB is offering a Retail Manager programme designed to fast-track you from Customer Assistant to regional roles across Store, Warehouse and Supply Chain. The first year blends store-based sales experience with logistics rotations and regional supply chain exposure in a structured development track.

In Year 2 you select a specialist path in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management and continue refining leadership skills, with a formal assessment day and progression opportunities within

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher Bachelor's degree required.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 February 2027.
• Strong communication and proactive mindset.
• Ability to attend assessment day on 06/01/2027.

Responsabilités

• Year 1: Sales (store-based) and logistics (warehouse-based) rotations; gain experience in core store and warehouse roles.
• Year 1: Exposure to regional supply chain responsibilities and supplier interactions.
