Trust in SODA, part of Trinnovo Group, is hiring for our Recruitment Academy, designed to develop high‑potential individuals into successful 360 Recruitment Consultants.

Trust in SODA is a global technology recruitment brand, partnering with innovative businesses across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cyber Security and Digital. This role is based full time in our London office (5 days per week) and is ideal for candidates looking to build a long‑term career in recruitment and sales.

What you’ll do

• Learn and deliver the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development to deal close
• Build relationships with clients and candidates across the UK, Europe and international tech markets
• Source and headhunt talent in highly competitive technology sectors
• Manage job adverts, candidate pipelines, and recruitment processes
• Develop market knowledge, sales skills, and commercial confidence through structured academy training and ongoing mentorship
