• Experience in the construction industry, particularly design & build/fit-out.
• Previous pre-construction management exposure is beneficial but not essential.
• Good understanding of the RIBA stages.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction activities across commercial fit-out projects.
• Review enquiries, coordinate tenders, and prepare estimates.
• Attend site visits and create accurate handover documentation.
