Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the Mechanical Team. You’ll work on multi-disciplinary projects, basing in the office or on-site supporting delivery and commissioning depending on project phase.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) or MSc in a related field.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solve.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to deliver engineering projects from initial concept, through detailed design, procurement and construction to client hand back.
• Undertake engineering calculation and utilise digital techniques to produce the design.
• Liaise with Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Approve Drawings and Designs of Suppliers.
• Oversee the activity of Sub-Contractors & Suppliers on Site.
• Assist with maintaining our world class safety culture of our critical designs, health & safety documentation, O&M manuals, and commissioning plans.
