Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the Mechanical Team in Exeter. You will help deliver multi-disciplinary projects, supporting the design, procurement and site activities across various phases.

You'll gain hands-on experience, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities to progress through our Early Careers Development Programme, with a focus on developing technical and professional skills for Chartered status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) or MSc.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from concept to hand-back with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Perform engineering calculations and use digital design tools.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers; approve drawings.
• Oversee subcontractors on site and support health and safety docs.
